SHORT ANSWER
This policy describes the little personal data that Agentic Endpoint Compare handles. It is written from what the site's code actually does.
Who is responsible
Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. ("we") publishes Agentic Endpoint Compare at agenticendpointcompare.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact form. We do not handle privacy requests by any other channel.
What we collect
This is a static reading site. It has no user accounts, no payments and no comments. You can read every page and use the agent risk estimator and stack compare without giving us any personal data. The site handles personal data in three ways only:
- **Contact form.** If you send a message, we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. If you choose the topic Copyright notice, we also receive the work you describe, the URL of the material, your two confirmation statements and your electronic signature.
- **Hosting logs.** Our hosting provider automatically records technical data when your browser requests a page: IP address, browser and device details, the page requested and the time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and investigate faults.
- **Google Fonts.** The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When fonts load, your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google.
The site stores nothing in your browser. It sets no cookies and writes nothing to localStorage or sessionStorage. The estimator keeps your answers in the page only while it is open, and stack compare keeps your selection in the page address (the ?v= part of the URL). See the cookie policy.
We run no analytics and no advertising scripts.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
Under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation we rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the site and to read and answer the messages you send us. Where the law requires consent for a particular use, we ask for it first, and you can withdraw it at any time.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the country where you live. When that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We are based in Israel, which has an adequacy decision from the European Commission.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to handle your question, correction or request, and then delete them. Hosting logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.
Your rights
**EU and UK.** You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of use and a portable copy, and you can object to our use of it or withdraw consent. You can also complain to your data protection supervisory authority.
**California.** Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you can ask to know what personal information we hold about you, and to delete or correct it. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do neither. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
**Israel.** Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law you can ask to see the information we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted.
To use any of these rights, send a message through the contact form with the topic Privacy request. We may ask for information to confirm the request comes from you.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes to this policy
If what the site does with personal data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
